Terms & Conditions
1. Registration
- All exhibitors and participants must complete the registration process.
- Stall/Booth allocation will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
- The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
2. Payment Terms
- Stall charges must be paid in advance as per the invoice.
- Payments once made are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.
- Additional services will be charged separately.
3. Stall/Booth Allocation
- Booth allocation is based on availability or organizer decision.
- The organizer reserves the right to change booth location if required.
- Subletting or sharing stalls without permission is prohibited.
4. Setup and Dismantling
- Exhibitors must complete setup within the allotted time.
- Dismantling before event closing is not permitted.
- All materials must be removed after the event.
5. Exhibitor Responsibilities
- Exhibitors are responsible for their goods and equipment.
- The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage.
- Exhibitors must maintain cleanliness and discipline.
6. Products and Services
- Only approved products/services may be displayed.
- Illegal or restricted items are strictly prohibited.
- The organizer may remove objectionable materials.
7. Electricity and Facilities
- Standard electrical connection will be provided if included.
- Extra power requirements must be requested in advance.
- Damage to venue property will be charged.
8. Safety and Compliance
- Exhibitors must follow venue safety rules.
- Fire safety rules must be followed.
- Hazardous materials are not allowed.
9. Advertising and Promotions
- Promotional activities must be limited to stall area.
- Loud or disturbing promotions are not allowed without permission.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Exhibitor cancellation will not be eligible for refund.
- The organizer may postpone or cancel the event if necessary.
- Refunds may be provided only if the event is cancelled.
11. Liability
- The organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
- Participation is at the exhibitor's own risk.
- Exhibitors may arrange insurance if required.
12. Force Majeure
- The organizer is not responsible for delays or cancellation due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
13. Rules and Regulations
- Exhibitors must follow organizer instructions.
- Violation of rules may result in removal without refund.
14. Acceptance
- Submission of registration form and payment indicates acceptance of these terms.
